everything was very good, helpful staff, perfect location next to wrigley and pubs and the lake shore and bars and restaurants. they served good coffee, hot waffles, pancakes and jam. the service was great with a quick check-in.

Good value and location was handy. Nice place to stay in Chicago, everything was awesome. In the quite room we booked there was a lovely bed and a clean bathroom. A nice beach, perfect view...
The service was fantastic, however some people working there were overwhelmed.

Everything in the hotel was great, the place was neat. The room was immaculate and absolutely perfect and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The venue was a decent base for enjoying a vibrant area. The outdoor bar was amazing. The view was lovely, the pool available onsite.
